Before booking your first or next appointment, please make sure to ask any questions to insure a reliable service and read our disclosure below.
Disclosure:
Please notify us of any sensitive items, such as fabrics, electronics, etc before any application is initiated. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur without notification. We value your business and we want to make sure that you are fully aware that we are applying disinfecting chemicals on to your property. Please remove or cover any items that could be damaged. Our technicians will provide disposable covers if needed and requested prior to application and will be noted on your receipt.
WARNING: Spraying application is not recommended for occupied homes due to the amount of moisture distribution.
Customer is responsible for advising us of any special accommodations prior to application. Home is to be unoccupied and all pets must be removed, before and during application.
It is recommended to wash and items such as dishes, bedding, etc, that has been exposed to disinfectants.
There is NO 100% guarantee in eliminating all infectious diseases, or bacteria, but our chemicals are tested and approved by EPA Standards that offer the best pre-treatment and treatment available. We strictly follow all manufacturer guidelines when applying any disinfectants.
Upon application of any disinfectant, please allow a minimum Dwell time (see our General Cleaning Tab) of 10 minutes. If application is in doors, please allow circulation of at least an additional 15 minutes before re-entry. Total time from application to re-entry is suggested to be 25-30 mins.
